Contractor Course

This one-day course is intended for Contractor staff who do estimating, project management, claim creation or may get involved with Dispute resolution.  It will help more senior staff instruct Superintendents on things to watch for in MMCD contracts such as what overheads are claimable on Force Account work.  It is more of an overview of the roles and responsibilities of the parties to a Contract rather than how to fill out forms.
