Locklizard Licensing Issues

If you receive any type of error message when trying to access your document license, please email the MMCD office at admin@mmcd.net to have this issue resolved. 

Here are some examples:

  • Unexpected server response. Request could not be authenticated.
  • You need to activate (register) the license sent to you by the Publisher of the document (Master Municipal Construction Documents Association) before you can view it. 
  • This document has expired.
  • The document could not be opened

If your device has been recently updated and you can no longer access the license, please email the office at admin@mmcd.net to have this resolved.
