MMCD 2019 is the latest and greatest version of our standard documents. This edition contains all content from our previous MMCD Platinum Vol. II, plus new updates, amendments and a host of new detailed images to help clients understand, address and solve problems.
The new documents are also physically smaller in size - allowing users to print pages from the e-documents onto standard letter-size pages, saving time and paper.
MMCD 2019 Server Edition - Now Available!
This latest update to the MMCD documents is all about bringing MMCD to our clients—wherever you are. Accessibility and flexibility are at the core of the MMCD 2019 Server Edition, and this new digital-first approach caters to the realities of working on modern municipal infrastructure projects.
We’ve heard from our membership that the current single-computer licensing system is restrictive—especially for large organizations who often work across the province. This new, subscription-based document will help teams work in an increasingly digital age, especially as more of us work remotely.
How does it work?
Licenses for the 2019 Server Edition are sold as an annual subscription and allow teams to access their purchased MMCD documents on our server, from wherever they’re working: via computer, mobile phone or tablet.
For example:
- Company A buys the MMCD 2019 Server Edition annual license(s)
- Employees of Company A can login to their MyMMCD account from any device.
- Once logged in, an employee can view the Server Edition on the My Online Documents page.
- Access is only limited to the number of licenses purchased. If Company A buys 5 licenses, then any 5 employees will be able to access the documents at the same time - from anywhere.
- Licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase and must be renewed annually.

There is a 50% discount for teams that subscribe to 12 or more Server Edition seats in one purchase.
Volume pricing is available on electronic editions when two or more copies are purchased at the same time. All copies must be ordered at the same time to receive this discount.
