Board of Directors

The governance of the Master Municipal Construction Documents Association is overseen by a diverse and dynamic Board of Directors. The Board is composed of representatives from various partner organizations to ensure broad industry input and leadership.

The Board includes two representatives from each founding partner organization, including BC Road Builders and Heavy Construction Association and ACEC-BC.

The Board also includes the Past Chair, members appointed by the Board, and the Executive Director.

Our mission

To enhance collaboration, public trust, construction quality, and financial accountability in community civil infrastructure projects by developing fair, consistent, and clear contract documentation, specifications, and education.

MMCD Bylaws

The Master Municipal Construction Documents Association Bylaws define how the Association is governed—including Board structure, officer duties, committee mandates, meetings, and member voting—pursuant to the BC Societies Act. These bylaws guide transparent, accountable decision-making by the Board and its committees.
