Can MMCD Association provide interpretations or rulings on contracts?

No. The MMCD Association does not offer legal or technical interpretations. It may, however, refer members to relevant clauses or documents for guidance. For authoritative interpretation, the Contract Administrator (as per GC 3.6.1) acts as the official interpreter of the Contract Documents.
