What constitutes a proper Force Account report?

Force Account reporting requirements are outlined in Article 4.4.6 of the Platinum Volume I User Guide. Daily report templates are typically discussed and agreed upon at the pre-construction meeting. These reports should document:

  • Labour hours
  • Equipment use
  • Materials used
  • Photographic evidence (if applicable)
