What must be included in daily Force Account reports?

Daily reports must be detailed and submitted promptly. Per Volume I, Article 4.4.6, they should include:

• Names and hours of workers involved
• Equipment used and operating hours
• Material quantities and delivery receipts
• Site conditions and activities
• Photographs (if applicable)
  Reports must be signed by both the contractor and the Contract Administrator’s representative.
