Who is responsible for interpreting the contract?
The Contract Administrator (CA) is the designated interpreter of the Contract Documents, as defined in GC 3.6.1. The CA’s role includes:
- Reviewing claims
- Issuing clarifications
- Making binding decisions on technical matters (subject to dispute resolution procedures)
